8 Days, 8 Things to be happy about

I'm not really into tagging. Also, I don't know how it works exactly.
Anyway.
Today I baked a huge pile of Christmas cookies with my sister Heather while drinking blueberry beer from a Rohrbach's growler. We were listening to some sort of Irish rock music rather than Christmas music, but we did keep singing the Hippopotamus song because of her hippo cookie cutters (by far the favorite shape of the evening. That all would have been fun enough (despite not spending the evening knitting as I perhaps should have done if I'm to finish my knitting projects in time for christmas) but it was made even better by an adorable Persian cat who has come to make her home at Heather's house. Her name is Mooshie, and she is so painfully adorable that you can't help but squeal with delight when you look at her, even if she isn't doing anything particularly cute at the time.
I have pictures, but they are going to be delayed b/c I had to take them with Heather's camera. We tried to burn them to a CD, but it didn't work out. I am honestly pained by this, but as soon as I have the pictures in my hands, they'll go online and you can all bask in the grotesque adorableness of Mooshie.
