20 is getting old
Ahhh what should i talk about? Nothing that great is going on right now, i turn 20 y/o today, but i'll still act like a teen...
Goldie and i had a serious talk with sean about what he's gonna do after high school...he's really interested in going to The Pitts to learn how to make video games...Goldie asked him what he really wants to do in his lifetime, and sean said "play music, and see the world" it got kinda quiet for a sec, but i think we all felt the same feeling for a minute...
People tell me that only certain people get lucky, and i should concentrate on something i can do for a real living...and it hurts...really bad...I'm a strong believer that concentrating, and working hard will get you anything you want...I dont give a fuck to be rich, i dont care about a big house or fast car...i just wanna make enough money to be able to pay bills, and tour the world playing music...and not a single fucking thing will stop me....you all mark those words...
I get into arguements with our drummer, and byron our guitar player alot... because they miss practices or aren't willing to drop certain things to play a show...I'm human, and i understand that being in a band isn't the most important thing ever...but to me...it is...and when they screw around...it's basically messing with my life...my dream...and a missed shows, is a missed oppertunity for us to be heard...
We had band practice today, and i think the talk must have helped, because everyone was on time, and we got alot of stuff done... NO MORE SURCEASE A.D.D.....haha....
My birthday completely sucked...argued with my parents all day...but eh?? whats new??thanks to everyone who wished me a happy 20th...ttyl
