[Guess whose gotten enough magic lately to keep him settled for awhile? Guess who looks healthy and glowing, and not quite as pale? That's right. This elf here. In fact, he seems downright smug if you look carefully behind that stoic mask he has up.]
With that damned mist long gone everything can go back to normal around here. Even if normal includes strange nipping creatures and those cursed creature sin the forest. And those dogs. Ugh!
...I need to go run Feathers. Poor thing needs some exercise, and if he catches one of those bitey things for his meal, all the better, I say!
[He seems about to say more before pausing, a perplexed look entering his eyes. Visibly, he fumbles with the communicator, attempting to mark it as private for the next part]

[Once more he assumes that haughty look, eartips flickering just slightly as he sets the communicator down, pacing. There's silence, a long stretch of it before he glances up, staring at the screen.]
We. Should talk. You and I.
[And then he hurriedly attempts to close off the transmission, cusing to himself in his own language.]
