OOC: Relationship Post
For those the elf loves, hates, and just plain disregards. Will be updated randomly; feel free to leave me a comment here, if you haven't been added but think you should!
Canon mates
Aureln DawnstrikeOne of Duib's dearest and closest friends. Aureln is a pillar of strength that Duibhín missed greatly. Aureln is someone that, while he bickers with constantly, he knows he can trust to be there for him.
Lücius DawnwalkerKnown as "Lucky" to Duibhín, one of close friends, and Aureln's neurotic husband. He tends to make Duibhín feel more manly. This is a good thing. And while they may have spent a lot of time "breaking up" in Undercity, he does miss him a great deal, though.
TherethThereth, of the Ebon Blade is one of Duib's close allies and friends. She's been a mother figure of sorts to him for some time, and though he's too haughty to admit it, he does think of her as a surrogate mother, and would do near anything for her.
Arianthe DawnhunterArianthe, another from Azeroth, and while not someone Duib claims to know overwell, she keeps animals, and he can greatly respect her for that. Also, she's a fellow blood elf, and seems a likable enough sort, though it would take more getting to know her before he could call her more than ally.

Myhrta StarshowerInfuriating Kal'dorei female. While the two of them have called an uneasy "truce" of sorts amongst themselves, Duibhín doesn't trust her farther than he can throw her (though it was cool when he twisted his ankle and she let him ride on her back as a bear!). But, as there is a truce, and she keeps an eye out for him, he'll grudgingly (with much complaining) do the same for her.
BerasBeras. Duibhín's (not so) secret Kal'dorei lover back on Azeroth. Yes, he's the enemy. Yes, he's a Night Elf Rogue. But it's just a bad romance. Duib adores Beras, despite his still rather forward dislike for the rest of the Kal'dorei race. [Icon to journal pending]
Demeleier
Darryn MiquiztliDarryn is infuriating, and at the same time, someone that Duibhín (somewhat) trusts himself to be around. There's an awkward tension due to sleeping with the Scintillian, but then again, with the fireworks and magic the man is capable of, he finds himself fighting against the idea of being attracted to him. He isn't a Blood elf, and despite the faint similarities (the green eyes, the fire magic, and the ties to the sun), he isn't really sure what to make of him.
But the man does look good naked.
Professor TreacleBatshit insane. Duibhín does not know what to make of him in the slightest, and is convinced that he's more than a little mad. At the same time, he suspects there is more to the Professor than meets the eye...but he usually bats that thought away rather quickly.
RazielRazzle-Dazzle! Duibhín is convinced that he is a Forsaken. And thus, an ally. Razzle-Dazzle is his friend, whether he wants to be, or not.
Yami BakuraA pompous, arrogant jerk of a man whom Duibhín simply cannot stand to be around for very long. Even if he was compelled to attempt to help him once, he would much rather forget he existed...or accidentally plant a fireball in his face. Just for fun!
LinkDuibhín likes Link. He seems very simple and quaint, but at the same time there's something about his hero complex he can respect a great deal. And that isn't just because Link (and the others) helped rescue him from the Erlking. Besides, he at least looks familiar enough for Duib to have an easier time accepting him.
Cloud StrifeCloud is an odd duck (hawkstrider?). At times, Duibhín thinks of him slightly beyond simply being a human, and yet, at the same time, he finds his laid-back self to be too confusing and irritating to be around for too long. But then again he's at least levelheaded, which is a surefire way to intrigue Duibhín since he himself is not.
NorthNorth, Duibhín wants to punch you in your stupid jerk face. But you're fun to banter with, so he won't. ♥

Yami BakuraThe Yami Bakura from jigoku_apts. Duibhín gets along scarily well with this one in out of game conversations, and has gone so far as to deem him quite the kisser. It helps of course, that he's not really human, but instead some...non human-y thing. And a good kisser. A friend with benefits, perhaps, but the elf is probably too dumb to realize he's likely being used.
