.003 [[ Video ]]
[The video feed is jostled on, not by Duib himself, but by something unseen. It goes unnoticed to the blood elf, who seems asleep at first, curled up against the wall on the pallet of a bed that's in his home. His robe is folded off to the side (presumably to keep it clean), leaving him dressed in close fitting black trousers and a plain grey shirt. He stretches, rolling onto his stomach with a groan, pushing himself up slowly. What supplies he came with are settled nearby and he reaches for a skin as he sits up, taking a long draw of the liquid.]
I can't seem to make any more...this will have to last until I can find a way home...
[With that in mind he slides the cap to the skin back in place, rubbing at his forehead. Those green eyes are actually glowing in the faint light of the room, casting a faint, dull-greenish glow against the firelight from another corner.]
Ugh, this...this place isn't home. Not at all. We really are in another...a...a plane, I suppose, or something. There are a hundred explanations and I can't think of any of them that really make sense-
[Duib rubs at his forehead once more, as if he might have a migraine before setting the water aside, and moving as if to lay down once more. There's a faint shake to his hands, hidden mostly by how closely he grips his shirt sleeves. For awhile, it seems as if he's gone back to sleep, but there's a rustle in another corner, the sound of a door opening and closing causing him to startle.]
What on-...more of that noise. It never seems to end around here, does it? Ugh.
[Awake now, for good it seems, Duib crosses his legs, resting his hands on his knees, eyes closing. There's another wince in the dim light as he settles into what seems to be meditation. It doesn't look like it will go smoothly, but he's trying all the same, if only to find some peace of mind to sleep.]
