Another super fast update...
Seriously, there are so many cute animals that need my help. I am getting no sleep, my hands are raw from washing dishes and pouches and such, and the second I get done feeding one animal, another one needs something.
I am happy. :-) The animals are all doing well.
Here is a link to the entry in my "happy place" journal rachaels_lj that has new photos of the wallaby, the possum and one of the magpies. That's right, I got in another baby magpie to keep Domino company- we always pair up babies whenever possible.
I am so busy that I haven't had time to read, sit down and type emails, or even work for more than a moment here & there on cross-stitch projects. I am taking on additional phone duties starting next weekend, but that's really no big deal. Must get crackin' on coordinating our rescue group's spring picnic- I am our regional event coordinator and it is time to get the ball rolling this season. Gah, and I am coordinating & giving the "What is Paganism" lecture for the Pagan networking group here, plus doing all the GAC curriculum re-working. Why do I take on so much? Oh yeah- because I can't stand to not be doing something. Must be some weird perk of menopause- all this extra energy & industriousness. It betas the hell out of the bloody hot flashes!
