Silent Auction Loot
So, all week, the school had a Silent Auction to raise money for the Senior Class trip/Prom or something. There were a few things up there that were cool...I started the bidding on a little curio cabinet and a bedspread and was looking at a cool collection of wine glasses but decided I really didn't need them. I was quickly outbid on the cabinet and bedspread.
I also placed a bid on a pair of beige character taps and was sniped at the last minute! Dude!
I did win a plastic grocery bag holder which will hopefully neaten things up in the kitchen. I also won a slightly tacky, metallic 'print' of an illustration out of Peter Pan.
I went to the free table and got two Brandeis Owl Mascot beanies (who knew?) and two pairs of plastic chopsticks.
