Is an ASUS eee mini notebook.
Explain to me how much more expensive and technology filled systems can crash when this little bugger just6 keeps humming along so peacefully?
The HP Notebook is back in CA for a new motherboard and the Compaq desktop is just having a meltdown. First6 we said my spare hard drive was the issue. Now we're still freezing. I'm running an extended diagnostic exam on that hard drive just to make sure. I did back it up and reformat the bugger. But it still crashed and then rebooted and checked that disc for consistency.
I'm wondering if it's Firefox 3 that's causing it, as it froze up on me twice while I was using it, and has frozen while it's been left running (minimized, but still running).
I don't think it has anything to do with the motherboard. Or, it better not, it's still under warranty, but still, I've already got one unit out.
It's just SO SO frustrating!!
