Pondering Live Earth

So, all this hooha about the Live Earth concert, it's complete and total bullshit. The people performing are probably the worst offenders to the planet. You see all these people with millions of water bottles because they are too good for glasses and reusable stuff. They have more than one house that is probably kept air-conditioned even when they aren't living there. These are the same people who take jets everywhere they go to save on time. Do you honestly think there's a way to erase *THAT* fucking carbon footprint? Oh gee, let's throw concerts to do it! This way, millions of people will drive cars out of their way to see us! That should help, RIGHT? How's about we serve all kinds of snacks in disposable containers that we won't bother to recycle or can't be recycled? Let's one up that and have lots of people turn on radios and TVs to see us and use more energy! I mean, NO ONE is aware that we're slowly killing the planet, right? No one has said this before, let's make sure we get the message out.

Just because you make millions, doesn't make you a better person. I don't care what the fuck you say, or who the hell you find for a cause. Shut the fuck up, and sing/dance/act. You're not my friend, I don't care what the hell your opinion is.

This goes double for BONO, whom I hate and I hate U2.
