Thankfully, the end of an era

We just made the last college tuition payment. The last time roozle and I felt this way was after the last daycare payment.

Presuming a typical schedule, I'm going to hit retirement age very shortly after Roo graduates from college.

I plan to retire so hard, it'll leave a crater.

At which point I'll need to decide if I can retire early, and thus with you, or if I have/want to stick it out another 6 years.

Retirement parties could be a whole new way for our extended bunch to cause mischief and mayhem.

I've got another decade or so. My plan is to figure out whether or not I want to retire when Thing 2 exits college. I hope still to be having fun in another decade.

Some people could even hold several such parties, as they retire multiple times...
