The Resurrection
Yesssssss! I got a replacement for my iPod! and that's a brand new iPod! Not a refurbished / used one!
These folks also had a 'new year offer' for the AppleCare Protection plan for the iPod. What was usually sold at Rs.2900/- was now available at Rs.1500/-. Anyway, I was planning to buy it. So I went ahead and bought the Protection Plan.
My mom had done whatever Astrology thing and said I have Sukkara Dasai (in simple english, that means, my planets are in a good shape. The aliens are happy. The gods are happy). Looks like I really am lucky. Thank you my planets and planet->gods ;)

update: The darn thing just doesn't get formatted. Both on Linux as well as Windows. The disk makes a 'click' noise and after several minutes it just throws up a "lost page write due to I/O error on /dev/sda" :( I have to find a replacement again for this replacement. What the!
