I've decided to try to start making animated icons today. Been dicking around in Gimp and PS Elements 5.
:| Cannot figure this mess out, and online tutorials are a bust.
Anyone on my flist - who speaks Sun, rofl - who would be willing to help a girl out?
Also, I'm working on a Mello/FMA icon post for the comm. ^_^ Remember, we've got a request post over there!
