Pete and I are cleaning out one-half of our double closet today while Madelynn is out having fun with Wanda, Eric and Sara. I knew there was a lot of stuff in there, but DAMN! LOL It's crazy how full it was. We had a very heavy box on top of one of those 3-drawer storage things and the frame was completely warped and unusable. We took the drawers out, sorted through them, cleaned them out and are now using them to help the process along. Pete gave 3 boxes of my own stuff and I got it all down to one small basket. We also condensed my two boxes of books to one box. I said, "I have it like that so that I can lift it." His response, "Well, you have me now. I can lift the heavy stuff." LOL He's right about that. So, we know we're going out to Lowe's or HD later b/c we want at least one new drawer storage system for all our arts and crafts stuff. We have so much paint, brushes, stickers, color pencils, paper, tape, coloring books, etc. that it's just amazing. We also found we have a lot of computer stuff that can be donated. We have at least 1 old-style monitor, 1 small flat-panel monitor, and small country's worth of various cables. It's quite an undertaking, but I think we'll be very pleased with what the outcome.
Oh, random! We got some of those bags that you stuff with blankets, etc. and then suck the air out of them. I want to fill those up, too.
