I write to let you know that I cannot add you to the list of graduates at this time. Your submisson of a graduation application at the end of last week prompted my review of your record. With the successful completion of this term you will have earned 231 units overall and 129 units in music. The later puts you over the limit of 90 units from a single department by 39 units. To finish your degree at the end of this term you need a total of 255 units (216 minimum + 39 over the limit). In other words you need an addional 24 units from any non-music subject.
SHITTY! I wanted to go be a grown up! But in good news, I will be the 4th person in a quad next year first term with some hot chicas! So I am disappointed, but will manage.
