I have read a few pieces of meta BSG meta, and I love love love to read them. I usually stay away from meta-izing myself, because my thoughts are all over the place and generally end with my flailing my hands around and looking at the other person like, 'You know what I mean?' I feel like a tool doing meta! I also feel like a failure, because I'm like, "if I keep talking I'm just going to start rambling about how much I love the Sixes and their pretty hair and faces, so I'll stop now," and then the Six paragraph winds up being shorter than the Eight one. Sigh. I'm glad I could show you that Beccatoria post! It was an eyeopener.

I will LAUGH SO THAT I DO NOT CRY. *hates with you*

NATALIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. God. I can't even watch those episodes, as much as I love her, because I get all FLAMES ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE. Damn them all!.

And I think Gina's an interesting case here, 'cause like you mentioned she hesitated to kill Cain, which I thought contrasted nicely to her NON-hesitation to kill her in S2.

Heh. Her non-hesitation indeed. Ginaaaa.

'Cause I think everything that happened to her broke that part of her a little and made her pretty hateful to humanity as a whole. Then again, she's not quite fully-with-the-Cylons either 'cause of the whole blowing-up-the-resurrection-ship thing? So Gina's just on her own all over the place.

Gina is fascinating. I think you're right- at the end, she was done with both sides, and showed her disdain by blowing up the only awesome ship and a crapton of humans, and by deciding that death was better than eventually going to God (the poor baby.) In the end, she was so different from her sisters, and still so much the same.
