I am having a fabulous morning.

I don't have class until 1:55, so I woke up specifically to go see my International Relations professor so that I could get my paper and my test back to see my grades. It's not too freezing, just cool enough to require a cami under a t-shirt, which made my walk beautiful.

Anderson hall was built in 1913, and it's just beautiful inside, and when I got to his room I had to wait a few minutes, so I was able to calm down. (I really like Professor Behringer, but I always get nervous about talking to professors) Then he called me in, and I spoke in french to him the whole time, because he's from Quebec and I miss french, and he complimented me on it! He said my french was good! That would've made my day, if not for my scores.

On the test, I got 20/25. Definitely room for improvement, but I knew that there were a couple I flat-out did not know, so I'm not really surprised. The paper, though, had me really concerned, because I didn't think it was that good, and I didn't know how it was going to be graded... but I got 24/25 on it. So I have an A in the class, and the prof told me it was very likely I could keep the A.

And then I went to the new Starbucks in the library to treat myself to a java chip frap and my mom called 'cause she's flying to NY and I am in a very happy mood!

(Also, look at how pretty Hannah made my LJ! Yay Hannah!)
