Started my cookie baking and have been successful with finishing up my cherry chip cookies (loved them as a kid and found the cherry chips) and chocolate chips. I have the dough ready for the heath cookies and will start probably my orange cookies today and have the dough ready for the sugar cookies. Josh bought me some good decorator tips so I am going to make the sugar cookies all decorated cute for the holiday. :o) Left will be the lady locks. I never made them but I am willing to learn. Those will take two days to make.

My house is all finished and looking cute for the holiday. The stair case has its garland and my snowmen are out. OH!! I almost forgot my mom gave me her Santa collection which needs to come out! Hmmmm...where to put it...probably on the dining room buffet table. Sounds good!

Things have been busy with decorating, exercising, baking, and spending time with Brycen. The days definitely aren't slowing down any. Josh and I have a big ski trip planned in January so I am busting my butt to get some of this extra baggage off and to get in shape. Especially my legs and knees since it has been a few years since I was on skis. This will be my third time skiing so I am a little nervous since I won't be getting lessons at the place we are going. We are going to Holiday Valley in NY just on the other side of Bradford, PA. The last few times we went to Peak-n-Peek which is on the other side of Erie in NY. It should be a fun time b/c we are staying for 3 days and some of Josh's family is going too! Elaine is taking off a few days from work to watch her sister's dog so she will have Brycen too.

On that note I am going to head downstairs to get my workout in and get showered before Brycen gets up.

On todays agenda...
Laundry laundry laundry
bake more cookies
redo the linins on our bed
put Santa's out
vacuum the house
call ups and usps about sending a certain gift
finish up some more thank you's that i have been slacking on....sorry about that.
