Last Night
Last night was being weird. We couldn't get on line. O! the joys of high speed, right? Anyways, I'm able to get on line now. Happy Thanksgiving to those who read this. And, well, Happy Thanksgiving to those who don't.
I was asked what I am thankful for this year and I had to really think about it. But I know what I am thankful for. I am thankful for all the opportunities I have been given. The opportunities to travel (to MA this summer and to Italy this January) and to learn at a liberal arts college. I am thankful for my friends. And thinking about that, I only have a few friends, really. I only need a hand to count all of my closest friends. I am so thankful for them all! But also a lot of negative stuff happened this fall (with boys) and I decided that I am thankful for that too. Because something big is going to happen from that. God is still working, even in the rain.
I watched "So I Married and Ax Murderer" last night and wrote a poem because I had no internet access. It was weird. It was like having no power. Haha. Anyways. I thought of posting the poem here - that is why I started this paragraph - but now I think I need to save it. Somethings are better left unsaid; somethings are better left said in person.
I need to find the coffee...have a great day all!
