Exercise Report :)

Well, I did my workout today which included 20 minutes on my cross-trainer and 15 minutes on DDR. And I'm trying to drink all the water that they recommend... but I sometimes fall short with that. I should just probably carry a water bottle with me wherever and just drink from that until it's empty and whatever that comes out to be.

I haven't been drinking as much water as I should lately! I need to fill up my Nalgene bottle and take it with me everywhere like I used to

I finally found my big water bottle that holds 32 oz. so I filled that up and every time I see it I drink... so THAT helps :) I'm horrible with water consumption.... I just never seen to get enough. and I know I should drink more than what I do

Checking in with you - how's the progress coming along? I've been walking at least 2 times a week... I need to get more in - maybe I'll go now. :) That way I have 3 days this week!

well, this week has been sort of not a great week as far as work out goes. For some odd reason my stomach has been giving me fits.. so lack of energy. but I HAVE been drinking water... which is a GOOD thing :) I just need to hop on the cross-trainer and go :) I will probably do that when I get off the computer :) that way I can get it in and then do something else fun too :)
