Okay... so... here's the question... how does one track Exercising progress? I'm thinking for me it will be for starters (just for the next little while) I will do 20 minutes on the cross-trainer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, just until I build up to more and then it will be 20 minutes a day until it's like up to every single day for an hour.
So, I'm thinking that I will tag this as my workout stuff with the appropriate tags.. and those that want to read may do so... otherwise they don't have to :)
