Kermit was whispering silently, leaning over his daughter’s cot, gently caressing the tiny girl’s tummy which always helped her fall asleep.
“Stop filling her head with nonsense, Darren,” Cara smiled and slipped her arm around her husband’s waist.
Kermit kissed her softly on the lips, still not quite believing his good luck.
