“Please, don’t tell me you have them here again,” Helen moans, hearing the tell-tale sounds of the stereo. Becker quickly puts his finger on his lips, trying to shut her up, nodding to the small dog basket he bought the other day despite her protests. She rolls her eyes, kneeling down reluctantly, watching Sid and Nancy curled up in the basket, fast asleep, their little feet twitching slightly to the music.
“Do we really have to keep it on all night?”
Becker shrugs, a slow, boyish smile playing in the corner of his mouth.
“Ever fancied shagging to Michael Flatley?”
