goodbye's
saying goodbye to people returning in fall... not so bad.
andrew, however...
an amazing friend who took me under his wing and helped me through my first year at college. the person up here who not only knows me the best, but understands me and actually can relate to what i am going through. he's not coming back. i don't know when i'll see him again. saying goodbye last night hurt like hell and i swear i held my tears as best i could from 8:30pm until 12:30 am when we walked down down from his place at sawmills. i spoke the truth when i said i was gonna miss him. one can only hope life will treat him well and he'll take care of himself.
i believe that some friends, no matter how short or long a time you've known them, can have major impacts on a person's life... andrew had a rather large one on mine, which i am VERY greatfull for. i am also very satisfied that he allowed this school year to end on good terms.
