unless u are in college or have been through a REAL college that you have to board at away from your house where you cannot go home regularly... i'm sorry if i am being rude
the thing is i am rather sick of having to defend my choices 24-7 to everyone else
i am trying to work on my career, sorry if i am not always in touch, sorry if i don't go visit you when i go home for a weekend, chances are the reason i went home was financial and the reason i didn't visit was also financial.
i am working insanely hard up here, and getting NO RESPECT from certain people back home.
i see no point in people getting mad at me for not keeping in touch with them when i hardly can keep in touch with my parents.
i'll be home soon enough, i'll see everyone over the summer who cares to hang out.

sorry if i offended anyone, i am just venting b/c of a comment left by a friend from back home over IM
i am changing, i am growing up, i am working hard, and it's something that is going to take some effort and time.
i need these years (minus summers) to focus on my studies and being here. not what's going on at home.
