So you can only assume that he will reinstate a draft because of the figures you found. He wont reinstate a draft. If more people are needed then they will find people who are willing to go in. And if it gets bad enough then anyone who wants to end the wars and make the world a better place will contribute. But to reinstate a draft? no. It wont happen. thats all im trying to get at.

How do you know? You're getting information from a biased source and assuming that's true? Look at both sides before you call a person an idiot. It's not that it's going to happen - but it's not that it's not possible. It's very easy for Bush to work around Congress and enstate the draft without Congress approval, just as he had done with this war. If someone wants to end the war, they aren't going to GO to war - are you kidding? You think the same person who was picketing this war is then going to go to war? Think again, buddy.

yeah sorry for the idiot part, its your opinion. But what im trying to say is if this country becomes in deep shit and there is no draft and we in deep shit because theres no one fighting to save us your just going to kick back and say fuck that im not going to help? There are plenty of people out there who would be willing to fight. Its just a matter of finding them. And my sources arnt biased. All of those links say the same thing. yeah i know theres another side but what im reading is what came from the government not anti war radicals.

All those links say the same thing because they're all coming from the same source! EVERY news station gets ALL of their information from the Associate Press. I'm not telling you to read information from anti-war radicals, but you should look into outside sources other than the news. If our country is in "deep shit", Bush won't sit around and look for people or hope that people are going to come out of the woodwork - if he's in trouble, he'll take the most drastic measure possible. Look at what he's done in the past! There was no immediate reason for us to bomb Iraq, but he could NOT wait for the UN or even our on CONGRESS to give him the go-ahead. What makes you think he'll wait around for people to join the army in a time of need?

In my case, I would never and will never go to Iraq for Bush. He has yet to give me a good reason to.

haha alright. I didnt think you would be someone who would. I personally dont think i would either. Its not for me. But others perhaps? I dunno. But i do know that the UN have been in Iraq for years now trying to get in and being denied by Saddam everytime and being ignored by him repeatedly. Hes a terrorist and it was just a part of the war on terrorism. Not strictly a war on iraq. Thats just were the focus is. Anyway. Whats up? how you doing?
