Kate is exhausted but high on acting. *grins*
We performed a play today in one of my best friends' old high school and we had great success and lots of fun. And I loved every minute of it. The play itself had been written by said best friend when he was 16 maybe, and it shows, it's not as wonderful as his later plays, but it was still brilliant to be part of it.
And I can't begin to tell how much I love the character I was playing. I have played and love many parts by now but this was the first time the part actually turned into a proper character. A character I have started writing about. She is so exquisitely messed up that I just couldn't resist. And omg, it's so brilliant to have to limp and pretend you're an alcoholic (especially when you never touch alcohol at all lol) on stage. I loved every single second of it.
I must admit I am not planning to fight the urge to write about her and make videos with her, because I'm just not strong enough to resist the epic gravity of her high angst-factor. (
This is how she's supposed to look like, without the smile of course lol.)
Oh and Happy Birthday to my dear
Beth (please believe me, she's more like and OC than canon!Liz) and
Patrick. (Because I'm tired enough not to care what anybody will think if I wish two of my characters a Happy Birthday.)
