(no subject)
Yesterday was...argh... It was one of those days where I was good and happy, but at the same time I was just in a downed/don't get me mad sort of mood. I'm not sure if that was a good way of explaining it??? But, oh well. The entire day. And it wasn't just me, just about everyone was like that, which made me feel better. But, yes, the best way to describe yesterday was "ARGH" or "GRRRR".
I did get things straightened out yesterday with my Senior year and also getting the form to minor in Anthropology. :D I am switching to Dr. Smith as my advisor from here on out. I love the woman, she's amazing. You can talk to her about anything and everything. She's determined and open-minded and she will get you where you want to be. The one thing that helped was hearing her say to me, "Jamie, don't worry. We will make sure you graduate on time." That is the one thing that has been worrying me all through out the past 2 semesters...if I would really graduate in 2008. But, now I'm not worried anymore. I also told her I wanted to go to University College of London or NYU. :)
I still need to get ready. Today is Prehistoric Human Life- Anthropology, Archeaology and Archival Management...with a field trip! It's also the Holbrook presentation tonight...he's the Keynote speaker for the Global Democracy Conference. It should be interesting.
Tomorrow I'm coming home and get to do "Persephone" and theatre classes and hang out with those kids afterwards.
Saturday I get to go with the Helmick's to Washington DC.
This is going to be a kick ass weekend. :D
