SitS: problems arose...ensued...were overcome
Our best bet is to rent a projector for the weekend. I've called around, and there is a good price available from projector123.com. It looks like it'll come to $130 to rent it from Thursday to Sunday. That seems fine to me. If there are ten of us, that's only $13 apiece. However many of us come, I'll see that you guys don't have to chip in more than $15 apiece. Does that seem reasonable to you? Unless anybody has an objection, I'll go ahead and say we'll rent ourselves a projector.
Also on money matters: a scholarship fund is a great idea, but we're not going to have one unless one of you guys takes charge of it. Go on! Anybody can pass the hat. Especially someone who needs financial assistance herself. Best candidate for the position, I should say.
And at last we come to the subject of BOOZE. I don't drink (much), so I'm not in charge of the rum. It's up to the crew what we need, who's bringing what, and whether we should have people chip in for drinks.
