They've Made Our World Their Battleground

This weekend was exactly what I needed. Friday night we didn't do much, but jenybean and I killed a bottle of champagne just between ourselves, so you know it was a good night. Saturday night we went to see the Bare Naked Ladies, who were almost as good as their opening band, Jukebox the Ghost. (Also, I drove all the way to the Westbury Music Fair and all the way home again, which is probably the longest trip I've ever piloted.) Sunday we were scheduled to do a whole lot of nothing, but I woke up feeling better than I have since the month started, so I actually cleaned out quite a bit of my inbox (thank God), straightened up the house so at least 1/4 of it is presentable, and worked out for the first time in 61 days. If this is the start of a productive streak for me, I'm going to be SO HAPPY.

Repeated explanation: Right now my screensaver at work is a slideshow of my wedding pictures. But everyone here is in such an anti-man mood that it just feels not prudent, I don't want anyone to feel as if I were rubbing my happiness in their faces. At my old job, I had a slideshow of my art. There, it was my Princesses and Pillars series, interspersed with one other for each senshi, generally my best/favorite drawing of each girl. I want to do that again, but I'm not sure my Princesses and Pillars series is my best work anymore, and I'm having a terrible time picking out which one is my best/favorite, so, I figured I'd create polls. I'll do one senshi per day.
