I have a new layout! This layout has actually been designed and in the works for close to two years now; as you can see, it's Umi inspired, but it's also inspired by aki_reinii, ladyterentia, and avian_firefly, the lovely ladies of Outer Power, Inner Beauty who helped me get through a very difficult time in my life. While I wasn't originally intending to go from one Beatles theme (Utena - You Say You Want A Revolution) to another (Umi - With A Little Help From My Friends), once I thought about what that picture meant to me, the phrase just naturally leapt to mind.
Many thanks to ainobethie for helping to design it, and persoconchii for creating the custom CSS and walking me through installing it. I created the mood theme myself, and I have to wait until I get home to add my new user ID I created (goodness, I'm still 26 in my old one!) to my profile. And of course, my undying love and appreciation for all of you who have always helped me get by. <3
