I Walk In The Air Between The Rain Through Myself And Back Again
My Halloween costume has been added to Finished Costumes and a new page has been created for it, plus I added the A Very Merry Unbirthday shoot to the Photoshoots page and updated some info on the EGL Pink Dress page.
So, Skye and Hime-chan, you can grab any high-res photos you want from the temp folder I shared with you when I first got these pics up, but in about a week or so I'm going to take that down. I'll still keep high-res copies on my computer at home, but then you'll have to ask me for them, so you should take any you really want now, because God knows I'm never home.
Someday I'll finish my Otakon con report, I swear. I'm about halfway done, I think?
I couldn't work on Ohtori Avatars today due to having no new submissions. Weep. I have to remind myself that SMA started out this way too, and that it's only as big as it is because I practically stalked people for about seven years now...but I still weep. And, I can't imagine it'll ever get as big, there are just far less Utena characters for far less Utena cosplayers, it's simple math. That my heart can't wrap itself around, and so I weep.
On the plus side, that gave me a bonus day to work on the SMA redesign. I feel like that's going to take the rest of my life, because even when I'm finished, I'll have to go back and add all the new additions I've gotten to SMA since I started the redesign.
Forgive me some rare vagueness, but there is definitely something in the air as lately as the past two weeks, but seemingly especially today, and I think it just might be some wild geese honking. I have to be very careful, I really don't want to upset the entire balance of my life at any time, but especially not when I have enough on my plate as it is.
::rereads journal:: Last time I wrote about the wild geese honking, it was in the same entry I was bemoaning how I was going to be able to keep up with 200 LJ friends. Guess how many I reached last week. ::laughs:: I swear, I'm not doing it on purpose, at this point I'm only adding people I know (friends of close friends at the very most). I seem to have worked out a system, though--I haven't missed any of your entries in weeks. Knock on wood.
But, yeah. Fall. Influx of energy. Geese.
