I need some help.

There is a domain out there that I want. It's currently registered to someone else. We've talked and agreed on a price. Now... anyone know what we're supposed to do next??? Jim's sold a domain before so I know it can be done but we didn't handle any of the details, the group we sold it to did.

Do any of you know?!

Ok, I contacted our domain registrar and they gave me instructions. :) I think we're good.
