Haha, I really do. Also I caught this on my flist like a minute after you posted the first part.
I have been suffering from the biggest writer's block for like a month and now all of a sudden I find myself writing again. Mind you, the one thing I posted is the ONLY thing worthy of public consumption - most of it is just stupid crack. I wish I could write something long and epic and meaningful, but my brain is not equipped to do so.
I've always wanted to write something long and epic and meaningful, too. :) Still do. Pretty damn proud of this, though. :)
But, writing's writing, I think. There was a time, coupla years ago, I couldn't write anything. Seriously, not even the bad poetry that was my standby for a long while. Then I got hooked on NCIS, then White Collar, then Batman, and now Star Trek. :) And apparently now I can churn out 20,000+ words, if given several months to dither over it. ;)
Haha, NCIS fistbump. Never been able to write for it, but I've watched it for like six years, so that counts for something.
I definitely agree. I mean, my crack from today is a thousand times better than anything I wrote a few years ago. Even if I don't write anything I'm willing to let anyone else see, it's practice. And it's fun. :P
I loved this so much. All of it. It was perfection and just what I needed. GUH. I'm going to go sit somewhere and stare into space for a while.

I'm glad you liked it. It ate my brain; I'm not sure what I'm gonna write now that it's done. /is dazed
