Hindsight is 20/20
I so totally should've signed up for a later date to submit my space_wrapped fic. Granted, I have the beginning and the end written, but there's no middle as of yet, this week is the Thanksgiving holiday, and the academic semester ends, oh, no more than 3 days after the date I chose for my fic submission. I'M GOING CRAZY TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING DONE. Not to mention, the buckleup_meme fill I've been working on for since July (it's reached big bang lengths - I'm kinda sad I won't actually have a fanmix or art for it when finally post it to my journal. :D), which the OP has finally seen.
Why is it that, recently, when I sit down to write a fic, it ends up being at least 8 pages in MS Word?!?! Why can't I write short stories any more?!?!?!?! (and why couldn't I do this in high school, where rattling off 8 pages in a single day's time on a single topic/idea would have been VERY MUCH appreciated?!?!?!)
