thursday morning post
Well, yesterday was another day of not a lot of motivation. I washed the bathroom rugs, swept the kitchen, hall, and hall bathroom, and made sure i could find everything so jeremy could do our taxes last night.
Ended up going to Boston Market for dinner last night cuz jeremy was doing taxes for about an hour. I had to stay with him so i could tell him what the book says for state or I would have been making dinner. We did pretty good last year too. We are getting almost everything back. Between house, health insurance, and our two kids we will only be paying federal taxes 124. Which means we are getting back about 1500 from Federal. And state, it usually kicks our butt and we end up haveing to pay but not this year. We are actually getting all our state back(except a penny since they won't let you take pennies). So after we get our returns we will have about $2000. I love not having to pay. It feels like free money even though i know it is money we already earned. I know we are going to use some to build me some credit and i'm pretty sure the rest is going to be used to buy jeremy a new car. (starting to be an old car now, it is a 2000 and we got it the last day of 1999.)
Ed came back yesterday, I was beginning to wonder when he was comming back. When Jeremy was up in PHX for his last test ed told jeremy he would be back on monday. Well that was like 2 weeks ago.
Zeke went to sleep before i got back from picking up dinner and he has been asleep ever since. He didn't take a nap so he was really tired. When I came back with dinner(jeremy, nins, &I) had boston Market) and ed well he's never eaten there and was too chicken to even try it so he had jack in the box (he is chicken when it comes to new stuff even though they have stuff i know he would eat. I've even heard that for a long time he wouldn't even try pizza so he just is set in his ways and likes to eat the same old stuff all the time. (he likes his sweets a lot and I'm refussing to buy them for him so he has to buy them on his own. I don't want to see it or even know what he has. I think it has helped me to not have sweets in the house.
This morning jeremy told me that his friend might be comming down from phx.(they are suppose to be working on a project together over the weekend.) And he said it would be early early. Like between 6 and 7 in the morning. Which means I need to have the house clean before i go to bed tonight. I don't know how the kids are going to be with jeremy and his friend here trying to work. I guess if they are too annoying i can take them to the park and that will get them out of his way for awhile(till i've had enough of the park anyway). Since he is suppose to be working all weekend he was suppose to be off mon and tuesday but his boss forgot and i don't know if that isssue ever got staightened out. If he doesn't it means he will be working monday of this week to wed of next week with out a break. I hope jeremy gets this straighted out.
So anyway today, I need to get the house ready for company. I need to do run around cleaning today(he didn't tell me till this morning while i was making him breakfast). I knew he was probably comming but i didn't know exactly when. And also he will probably be here by himself (unless ed is up and he might but not a sure thing ever) since tomorrow morning nins has her 4 year check up and i bet she will be getting a shot or two. I know she won't be happy about it either for atleast a little while. So I need to mop the house today. And I didn't go shopping yesterday and so i need to go today on top of my getting the house picked up.
Well that is about it for now. If i'm going to get my yoga in before the kids get up I better get started soon. ttfn
Edit: I just realized this morning that we forgot (for taxes)about my old car that we donated to a charity and then i was thinking i would try too see how much we really paid in med bills last year. So we might be able to get all of fed back too. But we will see. Just some reasearch to do.
