Having just been on a big driving adventure, I completely agree with you about P platers and road hogs. I lost count of the number of times I was tailgated by a 4wd.

I'd also add truck drivers to the list. But only those who use the overtaking lanes (and especially those who overtake people ascending a hill)

i was going to put truck drivers on my list and then chickened out because i am THAT scared of them. truck driver revenge. brrrr.
i especially love it when they try and merge into your lane through your car.
