My dog

 Ah, I wrot ein my first journal post about my dog who had taken ill. Today we visisted the vet. My dog has been growing steadingly better during the week following her new medication, but my parents were always voicing the idea to put her down, so I freely admit I was almost ill with worry when we entered the Vet. But according to our vet, my dog is old, and has passed the prime of her life with a few years, but she might still have one or two years to go. As I write this she's curled up at my feet, softly snoring.

Its amazing how you never notice how much you take somethings for granted before you almost lose them. So to all you pet owners out there. Hug and cuddle your pets and tell them you love them.
