(no subject)
Just so everyone is aware, that last entry was a joke. Like, he said it, but in a joking manner...you had to be there. Although I was kinda upset...sorry hunny! But what girl wouldn't get kinda upset if someone said that to them...even if they were joking?! Oh, I dunno.
We went to the Botanical Gardens yesterday. It was nice. There weren't a lot of plants growing or anything but we could see what they had and we'll probably go back when it gets warmer outside. The tropical part was awesome! There was a palm tree that was bigger than a house! It had palm fronds (fronds? is that right??) that were at least 20 feet across! Rigoddamndiculous! (sorry, we watched Anchorman last night. hehe.) But we got some good pictures and Alex finally got his camera, which is really spiffy in the most extreme way. :P Today we're gonna hit up either the art museum or the science museum I believe. I also met more of his family yesterday. An uncle and a few cousins or something like that. :) We also went to a coffee shop and wandered the streets. There's neat places here and I think I really adore St. Louis. <3 Tonight we're going out to dinner with his parents. :D They're great people. <3
I don't know if I mentioned that we ate Jack in the Box...you can only understand that awesomeness if you've eaten there and I'm sorry to all you Indiana folk who've never roamed south and/or west and had the privilege of indulging in their wonderful greasy delicious food. And I met almost all his buddies here. Courtney isn't home like she wanted to be, but I met Emily, Will, John, Beau, Mike, Brent, and Charles. Hilarious and wonderful people! <3
We also ate at a place called Blueberry Hill and I had the best onion rings and hamburger I've ever eaten in my life!!! AMAZING!!! And they have Chuck Berry play there once a month. Isn't that cool?! Man, their food was good. :sigh:

ELLE'S ALMOST HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She's only 4 days away and I can't wait to see her! I miss her a ton and it's going to be nice to have her back. <3 I can't wait to here all her traveling Europe stories and just chill and do girly things and watch movies and make cookies but eat most of the dough before they're baked. :P
Now I'm gonna go try to coerce this boy out of bed. It's almost 11 here and we need to start our day earlier. :D He whines about how he wants woken up at a normal time and then when I do, he whines that he wants more sleep. Go figure. :P Hehehe.
