Summary: One morning
It was 7:30 in the morning and as it was his turn to make breakfast so he had to wake up early. Sungmin decided as they were having a day off anyways. Now that he thought of it, why were they having a day off? At least one of them would have to work ever since the comeback but this particular day all of them had a day off. Anyways, since it was a day off the members would usually wake up at 10:30 at the earliest. So Sungmin decided he could spend at least 10 more minutes snuggling with his boyfriend, Kyuhyun.
Sungmin felt around for the younger man’s body but found nothing but bed sheets. Sungmin lazily opened his eyes and no Kyuhyun was to be spotted. Sungmin sat up and walked out to the kitchen then around the whole house nearly waking up Eunhae & Yewook but no Kyuhyun was to be found. A bit angry Kyuhyun didn’t even leave a note Sungmin decided to head to the showers then make breakfast.

All the members had left and gone off somewhere and left Sungmin alone at home. Yesung had threatened to rape Ryeowook if he didn’t go with him to the beach; Ryeowook wanted to stay with Sungmin but had to fearfully agree.
Who knew Yesung Hyung liked the beach
Sungmin made a mental note.
Eunhae had gone to the shopping centre for some pet shopping, or more accurately, for Donghae to drag Eunhyuk along for some fish shopping.
There was still no sign on Kyuhyun.
Why did everyone leave me here -sniffs- I’m so lonely oh I hate the world oh I want to die right now
Sungmin turned off the TV feeling a bit disturbed. Who let such a terrible actor on television, but Sungmin also felt lonely. Everyone had left him (that was normal) it was the fact that Kyuhyun had left him alone without a word of notice or even a decent reason why.
Honestly, Sungmin missed Kyuhyun.

Kyuhyun sat on the bench breathing hot air onto his hands. He picked up his phone and began to write a text.
Hyung, come downstairs, I have a surprise for you

Sungmin grabbed his jacket, beanie and ran out of the door.
Why did Kyuhyun leave him for the whole day alone, did he not know how lonely Sungmin had felt?
Sungmin raced out of the elevator and ran around frantically trying to find his boyfriend. Out of the corner of his eye he saw the same familiar smile. Sungmin raced into Kyuhyun’s arms feeling Kyuhyun’s hot breath on his cheek.
Kyuhyun lifted Sungmin’s face up and saw his hyungs loving eyes look back up at him.
“Kyu, where were you. I missed you so much”
Sungmin managed to say into Kyuhyun’s jacket.
Kyuhyun once again reached for Sungmin’s face and kissed him lightly.
“Im sorry Hyung. I was preparing something for you. Look”
Kyuhyun stepped backwards still with Sungmin’s smaller hand attached. He reached back and held out a large bunch of chocolate roses and one fake rose in the middle.
“I spent the day at my sister’s. She was helping me make some of these. Thank god I had her help. I even burnt myself. Happy Red Rose Day Sungmin”
Sungmin went and hugged the bouquet of chocolate flowers fell on the ground.
“Kyuhyun ah, I don’t deserve you. You do so much for me but all I know how to do is complain and get angry at you” Sungmin cried into Kyuhyun’s shoulder.
Kyuhyun cupped Sungmin’s face in his hands and said to him.
“Sungmin, I don’t care if you complain every moment of the day. Just as long as I am with you I am happy. I love you, and that’s all that matters”
Kyuhyun leaned down and they shared a passionate kiss with the sun setting behind them and a bunch of red chocolate roses and one plastic rose next to them.
I’ll love you till the last rose dies

It turns out that Lee Soo Man also knew about Red Rose day and decided to reward the Super Junior boys for their hard work and let them spend a day with their loved ones.

Wahhhh! Im on a role! Two fanfics in two days! I was randomly searching up ‘holidays on the days of the year’ and I found out that today (120609) is Red Rose day so I decided to write a small fic on this ^^
