hello dears, pls read this short T&C b4 you decide to purchase anything alright :)

1.my homeland is SINGAPORE, but willing to do overseas deal, provided buyers are willing to pay extra fees to allow items to be shipped to thier countries :)
2. i only accept bank transfer and concealed cash. paypal maybe soon :(
for bank transfer, pls provide me with the ref no. after transferring.
for concealed cash, pls tell me when you transferred, but if its lost, it would not be my responsibility. i will be honest if i received the $$. TY !
3. collection mode for items are either postage or meetup.
for postage : add $1 to $1.50 for normal mail (depending on weight of items) and $1.50 + $2.24 for registered mail
meetups available FOC at kallang / lavender mrt
toa payoh, bugis or potong pasir will be $0.50
all other places will be extra $1 to $1.50
