Also known as a Memorandum of Understanding. I faxed it to Korea today, along with my Agreement to the Interview Terms and Conditions page, and my signature. I got an email back from my contact telling me to mail my documents when I got a chance, and they'd have everything in order for when I could come.

So, it's officially official. I'm going to Korea.

I need to get me some Rosetta Stone software and get goin' on that.
