Hello friends!
I am finally home in Ocean Shores. We left Cluj Friday morning at 9:30 am, with tears on my part for sure! Flew to Vienna, then Atlanta, then finally to Los Angeles, arriving at 9 pm. I slept the majority of all 3 flights...not good sleep, but at least it made time pass more quickly. We had no problems with any of our flights, luggage, or anything, which was a real blessing. After a good five hours of sleep Friday night, we hit the road Saturday morning at 8 am. 1,200 miles, 21 hours, and a really bad storm later, we pulled into Ocean Shores about 5 this morning. What a trip! Thank you for your prayers for our safety. After a couple hours of sleep, I had the blessing of attending the services at my home church for the first time in six months. It was wonderful to see everyone, but I will admit thoughts of the church in Romania invaded my mind throughout the whole service.
Well, it is approaching 8 pm here. Even though my body really has no clue what time or where it is right now, I know I am tired, and will probably head to bed very shortly. Thank you all for your love, prayers, and support during my trip. I hope that you have a blessed summer, and please keep in touch!
