really , lots of things , literally , just gush through my minds.
lots of stuff to ponder.
had a dream last night , again !
remember ? just a few weeks ago theres a news predicting that there will be another tsunami coming on ?
yes ! i witness it.still 3/4 clear in my head.Initially , th seashore suddenly filled with dead fishes.Afterwards
i saw a man holding on to his video cam and stand trying to record down th disastrous scene , he got inside
to the water , a distance more away to th centre of th sea.Hoping to record down th disastrous scene. While
stationing his video cam onto th seabed.A massive wave just push him to a boat and had his head hit
against th side of th boat.dead? Everywhere was flooded with water.Just like when Tsunami first hit Phuket
a few years back. Was petrified by it.
Dream.
Been dreaming recently.
Stress ? Came across this notes that my yogi sis had wrotein facebook.pretty meaningful .
She been writing such notes nowadays.here it is
Let's us take a step out of our own circle and look at ourselves as an outsider. What do you see? Or rather
what do I see?
Let's be honest, we've been leading our life for others instead of ourselves for years.
We gorge ourselves with junk food, and feel guilty for the calories. Or even suffer from diseases/ symptoms.
Because the fast food places advertised that their burgers are the best in town, and we should eat the best junk food. Because I’m very stress-up from studies and work, and junk food gives me immediate relief from my discomfort. I am just relaxing, what's wrong?
Do any of these happen to you? I did occur on me back then.
We do things due to the external influences: for the expectation of the family, bosses, and friends. But not yourself. Many of us are deteriorating our health because of these in acceleration.
When we make choices and lead our life because of others, we find instant happiness from outside events. When changes from the outside becomes beyond out control, we get depress. Changes is constant, one second you're enjoying, next moment you don’t think you like it. And going in search for more with higher expectation, nothing will satisfy you.
I would see that certain groups of people are living for the sake of others, to meet the expectation of the external influences. Deep down, they may not be a real happy person. They may not be able to find a reason to be happy from them within, and so they seek satisfaction from materials.
So.
Stop living for others. Start living for yourself.
Heres another one.
Who's in your loop?
For the past few years of our life, we've come across many people.
Some we regard them as friend then, but stranger now. Some we take them as enemy, but a good friend now.
Do you still remember the very first friend you've made when you're a child? Who's your last truthful mate you've made? We come across all kinds of people everyday, there are people who make us feel grounded; there are the ones who also can make us feel up-rooted.
These are a couple of people that make me feel grounded. When we can trust without questioning and doubt them at the back of our head.
However, on the other hand, we may have met some who lift us up-rooted.
Many in fact, be it Friends or acquaintances. They pull you to gatherings and more gatherings. Eating and playing till drop dead is an enjoyment and pleasure of life. They lead you by your nose without you knowing it. They lift you off from the ground, and you felt lost somehow.
Choosing friends is like picking herbs. The effects occur on us when consumed.
Im gonna start living for myself , is never too late i guess
All these of course are not written by me , but i quoted some parts from my sis facebook notes.hahaha !
