Random post is utterly random
Because I was in Barnes and Noble the other day and I saw a book called "14000 Things To Be Happy About" that just lists random things, here's a brief list of random things that make me happy in no particular order:
- Warm socks from the dryer on a cold day
- Boba (a.k.a. bubble tea)
- Random day hanging out with friends
- Discovering a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with great cheap food
- Window shopping
- Art museums
- Tinkering around on the piano
- Back to school shopping (is it lame that that is my favorite part of the school year?)
- Spending an inexplicably long period of time browsing in a bookstore
- The smell of stationary
- A cool breeze on a hot day
...
I wanted to get to 15 things but I have to leave for work. Also trying to think of 15 things is kind of hard. It makes me wonder how the author ever thought of 14000... and why 14000? Did it have to be a nice round number? Why not 13726 things to be happy about? Yeah...
