Want to test your creativity and patience? Try teaching your mom over the phone how to attach and e-mail photos to her sister. She is using a PC running Windows XP: Chinese edition. You are using a MacBook Pro in English.
You cannot use terms like "minimize window," "alt-tab" or "return to desktop" (the latter means, "X everything and go to the screen with the big desert on it"). Be sure to specify whether each step requires a single or a double click.
