More on Facebook
I posted a while ago about my wish to keep Facebook personal and not use it as a business network. Now I got a friendship request from someone in the office. I got all worried again about the negative consequences it might have if I friended her. Then I sent a message to a couple of girls I know only through the internet - but I've known them for 10 years and they've all been on Facebook longer than me and I really wanted to hear their thoughts. I got replies quickly and all of them basically said to friend whoever I want and not worry so much.
So I added this co-worker to my friends' list and will just have to wait and see what happens. I won't actively try to increase my number of "work friends" and if they want to friend me I'll decide one by one.
