Dear goddess, there is no one here either! What in the nine hells was going on. I know people came at got me at the airport, and then the Dawnie thing..but this is silly. To top it off, the office was a mess, with a capital Mess. Did something come get them ( Read more... )

After leaving my apartment, I rushed to my motorbke...and remembered that I was going to be having a passenger. Rushing over to my car, I got in and quickly started it. Shooting out of the parking lot, I drove like a madman to the AI warehouse. Pulling up outside, I got out and rushed inside...shotgun at the ready.

"Willow?" I asked in confusion as I saw her.

What was she doing here...and where was the others?

"Where is Fred and Cordelia? Nikki said they might be in trouble."

Realizing I was still holding the shotgun...and aimed at her...I quickly pointed it away and lowered it.

"Sorry...jumpy today."

I looked at him, shotgun in hand, and was frightened for a moment. He looked wild. What if something was possing him, what if this mess was his fault, what if he ate Fred???

"Willow? Where is Fred and Cordelia? Nikki said they might be in trouble.

He put down the shotgun and smiled "Sorry...jumpy today"

"You're lucky you put that down, Mr. or you'd be one sorry toad." Okay, so I was slightly overboard.

"I guess lucky for both of..did you say Nikki? Did she say anything about Dawn?"

Blinking, I was slightly confused by her reaction. Sure I was rude and threatening...but toads? So fairytaleish...

"Who is being jumpy now?" I asked with raised eyebrow.

Turning, I started back out of the warehouse. They weren't here...and I needed to get to the hospital.

"Yes Nikki...her and Dawn are at the hospital. Gunn had an automobile accident and they're looking after him. I'm supposed to go pick up Dawn and take her home after I check on Cordy and Fred. Since neither is here I am on to my next task."

Reaching my car, I opened my door and got in. I had left it running...

I stuck my tongue out at him. I can be as jumpy as I wish.

"Let me go with you. I'd better see Dawnie home anyway, since I live there. And I haven't quite got the hang of the bus system here yet.

And contrary to popular belief, I do not ride a broom....and it would just have been a little toad." Laughing, I jump into his car before he can take off.
