I met a Slayer named Erin, and after a verbal squabble...which I won I believe...we decided that I should be her Watcher. Stranger things have happened, but not many in all my lifetimes, as short as they were. I took her to a Chinese restaurant for dinner, then shopping for a few things that she would need. You see, she's moving in with me. Yes...a live in Slayer.

How will I ever survive?

Nah...she isn't that bad. She has alot of attitude, but most of it is show. She is really just a nice girl that has been through alot and hasn't been as loved as she should have been. But that will change...she's in my care now. I was always told that my greatest weakness was that I cared too much...but in this case, I believe that it will be a strength with her.

She reminds me of Kat...

The next day, I went and made a few phone calls...mentioned money...and the rundown, anceint church was beset upon by all manner of workers. They fixed the walls and roof, put in phone and electrical lines, lights and plug-ins...

They fixed this place up into someplace livable.

I only told them as much as they needed to know...and let them assume the rest. Odd how I quickly became 'young Father Pierce' to them. They thought I was renovating the church for modern day usage. Well...I was in a way. All the rooms on the second floor were soon filled with furniture and carpeted, as well as the hallways on that floor. I opted to keep the main floor uncarpeted, and the catacombs untouched.

I had them put the church bell back up in the tower...just to maintain appearances. They also put in a kitchen and dining room...and air conditioning throughout the aboveground levels. All in all, they did a good job, and I hoped Erin would be happy here.

It should be better then Mohell Six at least...
