Ambria had spent a long weekend helping Martin catch up on his makeup work. It was the least she could do after the accidental tazing. Now that he was caught up in all his classes, she thought it was a good opportunity to celebrate. "C'mon," she said, "let me take you out on a date-date. I promise to leave the tazer at home."
Martin had somewhat reluctantly agreed, and she'd driven them to that ever popular hangout spot, The Bronze. The stars overhead shone brightly- and Ambria thought they were almost blinding in their brilliance. Maybe it was a hopeful sign. She parked the car and headed towards the building with her date.
"Hopefully a good band is playing tonight," she said as they walked in. She also hoped there wouldn't be any trouble- because true to her word, she'd left the weaponry behind.
