A Survey of Chumash History and Oral Tradition

Jun 24, 2008 14:54

Who: Carmen, OT Xavier, Emil, anyone who happens to be there
Where: SDH Library
When: Tuesday

It had taken Carmen a while to copy and bind her research on the Chumash. She'd included what Xavier had given her, and everything she learned from ghosts and various rare texts. The project had earned her an 'A' in her class, and the professor was very impressed.

She'd used the binding machine, and was able to fit it all into eight (nine, counting the table of contents) volumes. She put them in an empty Xerox paper box, then called Emil and Xavier to the library, to pick them up. She hoped they would like it. Carmen loved researching- and now she had a respect and an interest in the Chumash that she hadn't had before.

Of course, now her Mami wanted her to research her own family.
